1. The promoter
Prizes in MINT HQ packs are run by MINT HQ, a sole trader in the United Kingdom ("we"). Contact: support@minthq.app. A partner prize is promoted by MINT HQ with the partner named on its pack and card; the partner supplies and delivers the prize.
2. Who can take part
- UK residents aged 18 or over with a MINT HQ account.
- One account per person. Prizes won through extra accounts are void.
- Not open to MINT HQ staff, the staff of a partner running that month's prize, or anyone in their households.
- To open packs you connect a Discord account; prizes are confirmed to the account that pulled them.
3. Free to enter
No purchase is necessary. Packs are never sold. They are earned by using MINT HQ, on the free plan and on Pro alike: for example a daily pack for logging activity, a Sunday pack for the week's sales, packs for levelling up and gift packs from a friend. Paying for Pro does not buy packs or entries.
4. How prizes are won
- Each card in a pack is drawn at random on our server when you open it, at the odds published in MINT HQ. Nobody at MINT HQ can choose who wins.
- Each prize has a fixed number available per period, shown in the app and on the pack. When a prize has all been won, it can't be pulled again that period and its chance goes back into the cards.
- Completing a partner set earns one extra entry into that partner's draw, never a guaranteed prize.
- Records, coins and cards are collectibles, not prizes, and have no value.
5. The prizes
- MINT HQ Pro. A Pro month (at most 3 per account a year), a Golden ticket (at most 1 per account a year) and Yearly Keys, 12 months of Pro (5 in total a year, across everyone). Pro rewards stack up to 24 months.
- Physical prizes. For example stickers, an enamel pin, a sealed trading card booster, and the Grail Box: a pair of trainers worth up to £150, one a quarter. [the monthly numbers and budget]
- Partner prizes. For example residential proxy data, server time or a cook group membership, plus one-use discount codes. The number of each is printed on that month's partner pack. A partner prize is promoted by MINT HQ and supplied by the partner named on the pack. We don't share your personal data with the partner to award or deliver it: you receive a code in your trophy cabinet and redeem it with the partner, under the partner's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Claiming
- Pro rewards need no claim. They apply to your plan automatically; during the beta they are banked until paid plans start.
- A physical prize is claimed in your trophy cabinet with the code on its card: a UK postal address, confirming you are 18 or over and accepting these terms. Claim within [30] days of the pull or the prize lapses.
- A partner prize is a code from the partner, shown in your cabinet. Redeem it with the partner within [the partner's window].
- We may ask for proof of age or identity before sending a prize.
7. Delivery
Physical prizes are posted to UK addresses only, within [28] days of a claim being approved. Small items are batched into one envelope a month. We delete your address 90 days after delivery.
8. No cash, no swaps
Prizes have no cash alternative and can't be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged, except that a founding member who pulls a Pro reward receives it as a one-time Gift Key for a friend. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.
9. Fair play
We may withhold or cancel a prize won through more than one account, automation, false information, exploiting a fault, or any other attempt to get round these terms or the odds. A partner prize is withheld where the partner is legally unable to supply it.
10. Winners and publicity
A big pull may be posted in the MINT HQ Discord's #pulls channel: under your Discord name only if you've chosen that in Settings → Account → Connected accounts, otherwise anonymously as “a MINT CCG collector” (see the Privacy Policy). A post never shows an amount. For prizes worth over [£50], the winner's first name and county are available on request to support@minthq.app for one month after the prize period ends, unless the winner objects when claiming.
11. Your data
We use claim details only to check eligibility, deliver the prize and meet our legal duties, as described in the Privacy Policy. We never give a partner your name, email address, Discord name or account: partners receive only aggregated, anonymous statistics, such as how many of each prize were won.
12. Changes and the law
We may suspend or change a prize or these terms where something outside our control makes it necessary, without reducing a prize already won. These terms sit alongside the Terms of Service and are governed by the law of England and Wales.
