MINT HQ is a profit tracking web application for UK resellers, operated as a sole trader trading as MINT HQ, United Kingdom. MINT HQ is also the home of MINT CCG, our card collecting game. By creating an account and using MINT HQ, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You can create an account with an email address and password, or with Discord. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us immediately at support@minthq.app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MINT HQ. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You may only create one account per person. Creating more accounts to get round free plan limits, or to collect extra packs, gifts or coins, is not allowed and may result in those accounts being closed.
Free accounts get every MINT HQ feature and can keep up to 25 purchase records in total. This is a one-off trial, not a monthly allowance. Exporting your data as CSV is free for everyone.
MINT HQ Pro removes the record limit. It has the same features as Free. Pro costs £12.99 a month or £99.99 a year. Prices are shown in pounds and include VAT.
Founding membership is MINT HQ Pro for a single payment of £59.99, for as long as MINT HQ runs. There are 25seats in total. Only someone who has earned a Founder's coin can buy one, within the time shown in the app, and only one per person. A seat belongs to the account that bought it and can't be sold or transferred. If you already pay for Pro, that subscription is cancelled at the end of its current period once your seat is active.
During the beta, MINT HQ, including Pro, is provided free of charge and nothing is charged. Pricing after the beta is shown on minthq.app. We will tell you by email before any charges begin.
Whop (whop.com) is our merchant of record. When you pay for MINT HQ Pro or a Founding membership, you buy it from Whop on its checkout: Whop takes the payment, works out and pays any VAT or sales tax, and issues your receipt. The price you see is the price you pay, with any tax included. By paying you also agree to Whop's terms of service. Whop handles your card details; we never see them. We provide MINT HQ and everything your plan includes.
Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan (“Manage on Whop”) or your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then. Deleting your MINT HQ account cancels your subscription straight away.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any plan (monthly, annual or Founding), and within 14 days of an annual renewal, by contacting support@minthq.app. After that, payments aren't refundable: monthly renewals aren't refunded, and a cancelled plan keeps Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop.
A Founding membership bought by someone without a Founder's coin, or a second one on the same account, is refunded automatically. If a Founding membership is refunded, or its payment is reversed (for example a chargeback), the seat ends and goes back to the pool; your Founder's coin stays.
None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your reselling data (purchases, sales, expenses, supplier refunds) belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over data you enter into MINT HQ. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time as CSV from each data page, or everything at once in Settings → Data. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. MINT HQ calculates profit and other figures from the data you provide: if that data is incorrect, the calculations will be too.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Connecting Discord is optional: you can use MINT HQ's reselling tools without it. Some features need it: MINT CCG packs only open once Discord is connected, and posting to the server needs you to be in it. When you sign in with Discord or connect it, we add you to the MINT HQ Discord server (see our Privacy Policy).
In the server you must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the rules in the server's #rules channel (join the server).
The MINT HQ bot posts in the server about MINT CCG pulls and things you choose to share; what it posts and the choices you have are explained in our Privacy Policy. If someone misuses the server or posting, we may remove their posts, take away their roles, switch off posting for their account, or remove them from the server.
The MINT HQ server and your MINT HQ account are separate: leaving the server doesn't close your account, and closing your account doesn't remove you from the server.
MINT CCG is a collecting game inside MINT HQ. It is being switched on gradually, so it may not be available on your account yet.
Prizes are switched off during the beta: packs hold cards only. When prizes start, they will be covered by our Prize terms. Taking part will be free, no purchase will be necessary, and prizes will be for people aged 18 or over.
MINT HQ provides tools to help you organise and summarise your reselling data. Nothing in the app (including profit calculations, VAT threshold tracking, tax summaries, projections, or any other figures) is financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
All figures and projections are based only on data you have entered into MINT HQ and may not reflect your complete financial position. You should always consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser before filing any tax return, registering for VAT, or making financial decisions based on data from MINT HQ.
MINT HQ is not a regulated financial service and is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
We aim to keep MINT HQ available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the service unavailable. We will try to tell users in advance of planned downtime via Discord or email.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of MINT HQ at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice and a way to export your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell you about material changes by email or with a notice on your dashboard; for changes to MINT CCG (such as odds, sets or how packs are earned), a notice in the app counts as telling you. Continuing to use MINT HQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
MINT HQ and MINT CCG, including their design, code, branding, cards, coins, artwork and content, are owned by MINT HQ and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of them without our written permission, except that you may share the images MINT HQ makes for you to share (such as FLEX cards and posters).
Your data remains yours. Our code and product remain ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, MINT HQ shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of MINT HQ shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MINT HQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
